Small businesses are the heart of the San Angelo area, and we’re here to help you rebuild and recover from the devastating July floods.
The San Angelo Area Disaster Relief Fund gives access to grants and affordable loans for small businesses in Tom Green, Menard, and McCulloch counties that suffered property damage or loss as a result of the July 4 floods.
*Completed applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.

Disaster Relief Grants
- Provides grants of up to $10,000
- Small businesses located in Tom Green, Menard, and McCulloch Counties impacted by the recent flood with a commercial location that suffered flood related property or equipment damage.
- Business must have been operating prior to March 1, 2025
Businesses may apply for both programs.

- Loans up to $50,000
- 54-month terms
