2026 Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Program Grant Funding
The 2026 Texas Hill Country Flood Relief Program provides access to relief resources for small businesses impacted by the 2026 Texas Hill Country floods. Through LiftFund and our partners, eligible businesses can access financial assistance and technical support to help stabilize operations and begin the recovery process.
Businesses located in the following counties are eligible to apply: Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, Medina, Menard, Real, and Uvalde.
*Completed applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis until funds are exhausted.
Program Highlights
- Grants up to $10,000
- Small businesses or nonprofits located in Bandera, Blanco, Burnet, Comal, Edwards, Gillespie, Hays, Kendall, Kerr, Kimble, Llano, Mason, Medina, Menard, Real, or Uvalde County that experienced negative impact from the 2026 flood, whether physical damage or and/or economic injury
- Funds for rebuilding expenses, replacement costs, for lost/damaged equipment, general business operating expenses
- Must have been in operation on or before July 1, 2025. See below for documentation requirements.

In-person assistance with grants for Kerrville businesses is available Tuesday through Thursday, 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at 98 Coronado Dr., Kerrville, TX 78028. LiftFund never charges fees for assistance with applications.
- Valid driver's license
- Entity formation document
- Most recent utility bill
- 2025 filed business Tax Return
- June 2026 bank statement, and July 2026 bank statement or transaction detail
- Voided check
- Three photos of physical damage, if applicable
- One photo of your business pre-flood
- If a nonprofit, please also provide a list of the Board of Directors and a 501 c3 determination letter
