Module Two - Online

What Accounts Are Important in Your Business? 

We will help you set up your company in QuickBooks Online. We will customize the Chart of Accounts to meet the company's needs and align with GAAP. We will demonstrate how to create and track Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables in QBO. Participants will walk away knowing how to set up bank feeds, create new accounts, invoices, expenses, write checks, and categorize accounts in bank feeds.  

  

Presentation and Module will touch on the following elements:  

  1.  Setup Bank Feeds for Asset and Liability Accounts (i.e., banks, credit cards, loans)  
  1.  Setup Category, Product and Services   
  1.  Set Up Invoices (A/R) and Expenses (A/P)  
  1.  Module Two Homework Assignment  
  1.  Post-Module Survey  
  1.  Schedule 1:1 consultation with contract SME to complete homework
